Terms of Service Overview
Welcome to Little Pepe's Authentic Taco Truck! By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.
Catering and Service Booking Terms
For all event catering and mobile food vending services, specific terms apply to ensure a seamless experience from booking to delivery. These terms cover everything from initial booking to payment and cancellation details.
- Booking Procedures: All catering bookings require a confirmed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total estimated cost to secure your date. Final headcount and menu selections are required 7 days prior to the event.
- Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will be subject to a 50% charge of the total estimated cost. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Taco booking terms are designed to be fair to both parties.
- Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due on the day of the event upon service completion. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Detailed invoices will be provided.
- Service Delivery Expectations: Our team will arrive at least 60 minutes prior to service time for setup. We require adequate space and access to power (if needed). Breakdown occurs immediately following the agreed-upon service time.
- Force Majeure: Little Pepe's is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or severe weather conditions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or find an alternative solution.

- Limitation of Liability: Little Pepe's, its employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.
- Food Safety & Allergies: While we take utmost care in preparing our food and handling ingredients, our facilities handle common allergens including nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and shellfish. Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution. Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies when ordering or booking. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
